MetroMan User Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2020

This agreement applies only to the MetroMan App (hereinafter referred to as "this product") by Beijing MetroMan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "MetroMan").

Please read and fully understand all the terms of the MetroMan User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement") before using this product.

This agreement is a contract between you (hereinafter referred to as "user") and MetroMan regarding the use of this product. It describes the rights and obligations of MetroMan and users concerning this product. The "user" refers to any individual or organization using this service.

1. Rules of Use

1. Users fully understand and agree that this product only provides a platform for users to access information. Users are solely responsible for all actions taken while using this product, including any content they publish and the resulting consequences.

2. Users fully understand and agree that any information they publish through this product is public. Users acknowledge that published information is public and bear full legal responsibility for their actions. Users should not publish any information they do not wish third parties to know.

3. Users are fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, and validity of the information they publish through this product. Users bear all related legal responsibilities, which are not connected to this product.

4. Content published by users on this product does not represent MetroMan's views or policies. MetroMan assumes no responsibility for such content.

5. MetroMan reserves the right to change, suspend, restrict, or terminate all or part of the services provided due to business needs. Users must bear such risks.

6. This product may contain advertisements. Users agree to the display of advertisements from MetroMan and third-party suppliers or partners during use.

7. Users must not use this product to create, publish, or distribute the following types of content:

   • Content opposing the basic principles of the Constitution
   • Content endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity
   • Content damaging national honor and interests
   • Content inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity
   • Content violating state religious policies, promoting cults or feudal superstitions
   • Content spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability
   • Content containing pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crimes
   • Content insulting or defaming others or infringing on their legitimate rights
   • Other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations

8. Users must comply with the terms of this agreement and use the service appropriately. If a user violates any term of this agreement, MetroMan has the right to terminate the service provided to the violating user.

2. Privacy Protection

Personal privacy information refers to information that can identify users personally or relates to personal communications, including MAC address, IP address, etc. Non-personal privacy information includes basic record information objectively reflected on MetroMan servers and any publicly disclosed personal information.

Respecting user privacy is a consistent policy of MetroMan. MetroMan will take reasonable measures to protect users' personal privacy unless required by law, government authority, or user consent.

For the operation and improvement of MetroMan's technology and services, MetroMan may collect and use or provide non-personal privacy information to third parties. This enhances user experience and service quality.

MetroMan is committed to protecting your personal privacy. Occasionally, we may need certain information to provide requested services. This privacy statement explains how data is collected and used in such cases.

We may collect information generated during your use of the product, including:

1. Location Information: When you enable device location and use location-based services, we may collect information about your actual location to provide nearby station searches or other map-related services without manual entry of your geographical coordinates. Various technologies, including IP addresses, may be used for location determination.

2. Device Information: To improve services, we may collect device attributes (e.g., hardware model, OS version, configuration, unique device identifiers), device location, connection information (e.g., browser type, carrier, language), and device status (e.g., sensor data, installed apps). We may associate information collected from various devices to provide consistent services.

All data is anonymized and encrypted to ensure security.

3. Legal Responsibilities and Disclaimers

1. If a user violates this agreement or related terms, resulting in any claims, demands, or losses (including reasonable attorney fees) from third parties, the user agrees to compensate MetroMan and its affiliates and hold them harmless.

2. MetroMan is not responsible for any losses incurred due to communication line failures, technical issues, network problems, computer malfunctions, system instability, or other force majeure events.

3. MetroMan will work with relevant parties to promptly address service disruptions caused by technical failures or force majeure events. However, MetroMan assumes no responsibility for resulting losses.

4. Users understand that this service involves internet services and may be affected by instability at various stages. Risks such as service interruptions or failure to meet user requirements due to force majeure, viruses, hacking, system instability, user location, or other technical issues must be borne by users. MetroMan does not guarantee service and assumes no responsibility for related issues.

4. Other Terms

1. MetroMan reminds users to carefully read and consider the risks of this agreement. Minors should read this agreement with legal guardians. MetroMan reserves the final interpretation and modification rights for all terms.

2. This agreement is copyrighted by MetroMan, which retains all interpretation and modification rights.
