Chengdu Metro Line 13 Phase 1 and Line 30 Phase 1 officially commenced initial operations at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. Both lines are key east-west arterial routes crossing the city. This opening adds 15 new transfer stations and provides an additional metro path to Shuangliu International Airport. Data in the MetroMan app has been synchronized.
Line 13 Phase 1
Chengdu Metro Line 13 Phase 1 has a total length of approximately 29.1 km with 21 stations. It utilizes 8-car Type A regional trains with a design speed of 140 km/h (speed is limited to 100 km/h during the initial phase).
- Travel Time: The full journey takes approximately 43 minutes.
- First/Last Train: Wayaotan Station: 06:10 – 23:00; Long'an Station: 06:10 – 22:50.
Line 30 Phase 1
Chengdu Metro Line 30 Phase 1 has a total length of approximately 27.9 km with 24 stations (Fenshui and Yuhong Road stations are temporarily deferred). It utilizes 6-car Type B trains with a maximum speed of 80 km/h.
