November is here. We wish you a seat "at once" every time you board, and a smooth commute all the way.
Currently, seven cities nationwide have a metro line numbered "11". There is also the Qingdao Blue Valley Express, which was formerly named Line 11. The earliest to open was Shanghai Metro Line 11 in 2009, which successfully connected with Suzhou Rail Transit Line 11 in 2023, achieving a dual-line interconnection between these two major cities.

In addition, Nanjing, Foshan, Chongqing, Chengdu, and Hangzhou have also planned Line 11.
- Nanjing Line 11: Construction began in 2021, expected to be completed in 2026. The entire line is located in the Jiangbei area.
- Foshan Line 11: Phase 1 engineering has been approved, connecting Shunde District and Nanhai District in Foshan with Liwan District in Guangzhou. Pre-construction work is currently underway.
- Other Cities: All are long-term planned lines.
Regarding new line updates this month, in addition to the West Extension of Shanghai Line 2 (Panxiang Road · Shanghai National Accounting Institute Station) which opened today (November 1st), Dongguan Line 1 is also expected to open this month.
