Nanjing Metro Line 3 Phase 3 and Line 10 Phase 2 will commence initial operations on December 19, 2025. With this expansion, the total operational mileage of Nanjing Metro's 13 lines will increase from 508 km to 525 km (including Jurong mileage), and the total number of stations will rise from 255 to 267.
Line 3 Phase 3
Line 3 Phase 3 is 3.3 km long and features 2 underground stations: Shangqinhuaixi and Moling. This extension connects the Nanjing Zijinshan Science City and fills the gap in rail transit within the southern core area of Jiangning.
Line 10 Phase 2
Line 10 Phase 2 connects to Andemen Station in the west and ends at Dongqilu Station in the east. The line is 13.3 km long and includes 10 underground stations: Gongqingtuanlu, Yuhuatai, Kazimen (Transfer to Line 3), Jichangpaodaojiuzhi, Dajiaochang (Transfer to Line 5), Chentiandadao, Gaoqiaomen, Yangzhuang, Shiyanglu (Transfer to Qilin Tram), and Dongqilu.
