BEFORE YOU GO

A little planning goes a long way.

01

Check your airport terminal

Line 2 serves Hongqiao Airport T2. Check your destination, the train’s terminus and your boarding station’s first/last trains. Allow extra walking time inside the terminal.

02

Leave time for riverside walks

Both the Bund and Lujiazui waterfront require a walk from the metro. Include the walk back to the station when crossing the river.

03

Check admission before a visit

A neighbourhood walk and a venue visit can be separate plans. Check the temple, museum or observation deck’s own information for admission and reservations.

04

Travelling with luggage or a stroller?

Open the station guide for available lift, toilet and exit information. Ask station staff about facilities not shown in the guide.
